Balbriggan Harbour Lighthouse One of Balbriggan’s most recognisable tourist attractions is our beautiful harbour and lighthouse. When you visit Balbriggan, make sure to start at the harbour and take a short walk to the historic Martello Tower and  “Blackrock Beach” where the views are spectacular.

A visit to Balbriggan Golf Club offers a healthy day out.  The Golf Club is among the premier parkland courses in Leinster and visitors are always welcome. We have a state-of-the-art Xtreme Sports Adventure Centre five minutes outside of town, which offers outdoor activities for all ages. In the same area, you can try a day of clay pidgeon shooting, fishing or tennis,  after which you can lunch at the Manowar Pub, or the Balrothery Inn. In the centre of town there are numerous pubs and restaurants where you will get a pint and a chat with the locals and some lovely gift shops to ensure you don’t leave without taking a little piece of Ireland back home.
